"I was a State Farm customer for 29 years. Never late on a payment, I filed one claim in 29 years due to a hurricane. After 29 years one day I get a letter and was cancelled. The reason they gave me was they were no longer doing coverage in my area. (I have a recorded message) so I said you’re not covering this area because it’s the poor neighborhood? They didn’t have a problem taking my money for 29 years. Here’s the sad lie my neighbor to the right of me and to the left of me have State Farm. This is pure bullspit. The BBB will be getting a call for sure."

"My husband and I started our insurance hunt by working with an agent named Katelyn Wilson. She was prompt to get us quotes and answer questions until she wasn’t. She quit answering our emails after we got all the quote and deductible information. When we called the office regarding this we were put in contact with a Jennifer Clark. Her quotes were significantly different from Katelyn’s, much higher and we suddenly didn’t qualify for certain discounts with Jennifer but we did qualify for them with Katelyn. When we requested a phone call she wouldn’t call us, she was insistent on email. All around not a great experience. I would hate to have to make a claim with this type of customer service… thankfully we found a better suited insurance company for our needs."

"I received great customer service from Morgan, she went above and beyond helping me transfer my insurance and has been extremely patient. I highly recommend calling Morgan at the Theodore, AL State Farm office. You will not be disappointed."

"Most definitely recommend Jennifer Clark!! She was so quick to help me, absolutely professional, and so kind! If you need an insurance agent, please go to Tim White about it! I remember being so nervous getting car insurance for the first time, and they were so welcoming and very thorough with all of their insurance policies, what they cover, and how many discounts you qualify for! Amazing people!"
